Welcome to the new X-Massacre Store e-shop. Official merchandise e-shop of the legendary X-Massacre festival.. Shopping with us is very easy, but please pay attention to the following information and terms.
Product Availability
The items you see in our store are either in stock in Prague or available for order from the distributor. This information is always displayed in the product details, including an estimate of when the item will be delivered to you (see the image below).
In rare cases, the item you ordered may not be in stock either with us or the distributor. In such a situation, we will contact you immediately to find the best solution.
Payment Terms
You can pay for your order on our e-shop using various common methods.
The most convenient and fastest is payment through the GOPAY gateway, where you can pay by credit card or instant bank transfer directly from your account (Raiffeisen Bank, Air Bank, Komerční banka, Mbank, Fio, Česká Spořitelna, etc.). This payment method is free.
Another option is payment in advance to our bank account. Payment must be credited to our account within 3 days of completing the order. This payment method is also free.
Cash on delivery is also accepted, but only for orders up to 1000 CZK / 39,60€. COD is charged an additional fee of 49 CZK / 2€. For payments over 1000 CZK / 39,60€ or for free payment, please use GOPAY or bank transfer.

Zásilkovna (the cheapest shipping method): 69 CZK /2,5€ Pick up at your chosen collection point throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
GLS courier: 99 CZK / 4€ Recommended! The fastest courier delivery directly to your hands. The carrier will contact you in advance and deliver the goods on the agreed date.
Personal Pickup: Free You can pick up the goods personally at our collection point. Cash payment is possible only up to 1000 CZK / 40€. If you want to pick up goods worth more than 1000 CZK / 40€, please pay in advance through GOPAY or bank transfer. Card payment on-site is not possible.
